At BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy, our specialist courses are designed to prepare students for careers in the creative industries. Whether you’re starting your journey at Level 3 or progressing to advanced professional training at Level 4, our courses combine practical learning, industry experience, and expert teaching to help you develop the skills employers are looking for.
Level 3 Courses
Our Level 3 curriculum has been designed to open the door to the industry, allowing students to develop practical skills, creativity, and professional knowledge in their chosen pathway.
Each full-time, two-year study programme is modular and underpinned by Level 3 BTEC qualifications, equivalent to 3 A Levels. Courses include both compulsory and optional modules, giving students the opportunity to tailor their learning to their interests and career goals.

- Hair and Make Up for TV, Theatre and Film
- Set, Props and Costume
- Lighting and Sound for Live Performance
- Writing, Directing and Screen Craft
Level 4 Courses
BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy also offers free Level 4 Professional Diploma courses for students ready to take the next step into higher-level specialist training and the creative industries.
These full-time, one-year courses are designed for students aged 18+ and begin in September. Applicants must have completed a relevant Level 3 Extended Diploma or A Levels before starting the course.
